Upon arrival, we met with the homeowner, who promptly granted us access to the third-floor unit. Tasked with upgrading the shower system, we commenced by shutting off the water to the shower valve and proceeded to meticulously dismantle the outdated clawfoot tub shower valve. With precision, we thoroughly cleaned the surface of the tub where the old valve once resided before seamlessly installing the new tub shower valve.
Following the installation, we diligently connected the hot and cold water lines, accommodating the tenant's preference by reinstalling the original shower head. Ensuring meticulous attention to detail, we methodically tested the shower for optimal functionality and meticulously inspected for any potential leaks.
