I have used other well-known Chicagoland plumbing Co.s in the past and they don't come close to Baethke. Cannot recommend Baethke Plumbing enough.

Isaac from Baethke Plumbing was prompt, sincere, friendly, and knowledgeable when I made an appointment for an inspection of our water shut-off valve and sewer ejector pump. He made the whole assessment experience easy to understand and his expertise will go a long way in making my decision easier. We had a blockage in our sewer drain causing a backup out of our basement floor drain - called several local businesses all of whom were unavailable then reached out to baethke who is a a bit further geographically. Felt very fortunate they were the ones available as our issues were addressed completely in under 24 hours, and the service and communication was excellent. Also received a great financial package since it was a more expensive, multi-factorial problem which allowed us to defer payment until end of the year bonuses come in with no added interest. We would highly recommend them to anyone with great or small plumbing needs.

Baethke Plumbing replaced two faucets and a sink for us. Donnie Gjoni was our technician, he was super helpful and even helped us move our mirror when the faucet was higher than expected.

What the most impressed me wasn't just how far they progressed on the issue—it was the feel when you actually have to sit there during downtime. The technician was sweet from the doorstep on. There was talk after talk before making the turn, which let him go. With the problem all wrapped up in a day? the experience genuinely feel: handled like human beings matter I realized keep around for next when pipes make their strange little voices a quick call says. Honest rates, on window time. He's that rare: doing house care: enough of its worries aside his care was felt.

Isaac was awesome. He was at our house exactly when he said he would arrive, and completed a high end repair on a Kohler DTV system like a pro. I’d highly recommend!

Isaak and Michael (I believe) repaired our toilet related leak and did an excellent job. They were timely, professional and very clean.

I had a warranty issue with my kitchen faucet that ended up requiring multiple trips. The issue was all with the manufacturer and Baethke Plumbing was really helpful resolving it all. Their office coordinated with the manufacturer and their scheduling and communication with me was excellent. Most of all, Kerry, the technician who performed the work was incredible. There was troubleshooting, multiple replacement installs and his attention to detail with all of it was just exceptional. I highly recommend Baethke (and Kerry) for any plumbing work you need in your home.

Isaac and Mike replaced our old dual 50 gallon water heaters with a single Bradford-White 75 gallon unit with an expansion tank in a very old industrial building. Very happy with their work and solving issues on the fly while fixing things from previous poor workmanship. Highly recommended for difficult projects. Update August 19, 2026 Chazz and James came out to help us retrieve a lost antique earing my wife accidentally dropped down the shower drain. They retrieved it successfully with little difficulty and put everything back together like new. Thanks guys! My wife is beyond happy.
