Isaac and Mike replaced our old dual 50 gallon water heaters with a single Bradford-White 75 gallon unit with an expansion tank in a very old industrial building. Very happy with their work and solving issues on the fly while fixing things from previous poor workmanship. Highly recommended for difficult projects.

5/5 stars – I was extremely pleased with Baethke Plumbing. The plumber Karry arrived promptly and was able to address a new issue that had popped up since booking the appointment. He explained the issue clearly and was very friendly and respectful throughout the appointment.

Baethke Plumbing cleared out our jammed up 100-year-old sewer line, using both traditional routing as well as hydrojetting with high pressure water. Video camera inspection was fun to see, confirming that the pipes were still in good condition and cleared of all the roots, debris, old mortar. Jack was very polite, on time, communicated well, and answered my many questions. Would recommend. Had tried calling a few other big-name companies beforehand and didn't hear back for more than a day or not at all.

Called Baethke Plumbing to address an urgent failed faucet cartridge issue. Upon arrival, Josh H. listened to my description of the problem. He did an overall analysis of the plumbing and identified an additional issue that I will deal with at a later date. Josh provided multiple solutions and I chose to replace the failed faucet cartridge along with a proactive replacement of an additional cartridge. Josh was very friendly and professional. The service provided was thorough and high quality. I was pleased with Josh's expertise and would not hesitate to call Baethke again.

Baethke Plumbing did a great job replacing my leaking hot water heater. They showed up promptly and on time. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get a new hot water heater delivered quickly enough to have it installed in the same trip as the initial inspection. The left the work site neat and clean. Will continue to use their services.

Our association has been using them for 30 years. We have a very complex pump sewer ejection pump. Since we started using them. We have not had any floods. Thank God. They do regular maintenance on the system and they tell us when something needs to be repaired or fixed. Right now we have a very tricky repair that's required and they've given us an extremely fair price. They do common sense plumbing repairs for a reasonable price. You can trust them. They are honest and I certainly am happy to have them as my plumbing contractors.

Great, friendly, professional technicians, Karry and Mike, came out immediately on a Saturday to work on a complicated plumbing problem with sewer flushing issues that required jetting, rodding and very hard manual labor to remove masses of tree roots. Karry had come the previous week to begin the work, and gave very precise, helpful information as he proposed options for solving a long standing problem. He was professional, responsive and very sensitive to financial concerns. Karry and Mike worked very hard and well together for several hours in a cramped crawl space, flood control well and throughout the basement spaces. We loved working with them and appreciated there efficient, hard work. They even complimented me on my much less than impressive piano background music. I highly recommend them and Baethke Plumbing. Mitch and Mike were great! They were on time, professional and cleaned up afterwards. They replaced 20year old tankless hot water heater with a newer unit. I’d highly recommend them for plumbing work. Ask Mike about ceiling hangers.

We had our annual maintenance inspection and Josh did a great job! He was very thorough and made sure to explain his findings/reccomendations. After bad experiences with other plumbing companies, he helped us feel at ease and taken care of until our next annual visit. Thanks Josh!

Really great experience with Matt replacing our sump pump and then Mitch doing a full inspection. Both were friendly, professional, kept us informed, and walked us through all of the steps and available options. Thank you!

We found Baethke a few years back when the city broke our sewer pipe out at the street doing construction & our old plumber didn't have a sewer cam that the city needed to prove the break was on their end. They were so great that we switched to them for all our plumbing needs. They have been great since and do good work that I can trust. We have a hundred year old brick 2 flat with 3 apartments that need plumbing fixes fairly regularly, and Baethky always works around my schedule and gets things done well in a timely fashion. So much more reliable than plumbers we used in the past. Even had them fix several problems left by the old plumbers. Today they fixed the hot water heater supply that didn't have a shut off and had an expansion tank that needed support (they added a bracket and re piped the whole supply), definitely worth having them do an inspection to check everything.

Baethke Plumbing did an excellent job fixing my shower today Isaac was very professional and walk-through. All the repairs that was made on the shower was very polite. Very knowledgeable. I would recommend using this company to anybody and I would gladly use them again.

I was nervous about a clog, but the Baethke Plumbing team was sincere, prompt and friendly. Mitch, Chazz and Mike arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and fixed the issue quickly while keeping everything tidy. The plumbers made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I will definitely call them again if I need a plumber near me.
