Second time that I’ve contracted Baethke; both times were outstanding. Matt Kopjo, John Bell, and Mike Biando were a pleasure to work with; punctual, efficient, and kept me informed through the entire process. They cleaned up at the end of the day and the end of the project, both inside and outside, which I really appreciated. Making appointments and dealing with the office staff was easy and they were a pleasure to deal with too.

All Baethke Plumbers are knowledgeable and friendly they get the job done right. We have been using them for many years.

I definitely recommend Baethke plumbing, I received a coupon mailer & decided to give them a shot . They sent me a Mr. Karry Latropoulos who was professional, yet kind & empathetic. I was embarrassed of my chaos since I just moved & I felt no judgement from him . He restored my water pressure , along with my peace of mind . I compare my shower to that of a fancy hotel now ! Give them a call , it feels like a family owned company from the communications I received. Also , I was emailed all of the before & after pics & he showed me the “ problematic “ pipe, fascinating stuff .

Called Baethke for a second opinion after our regular plumber wasn't able to fix a broken shower valve without opening up the wall. Karry Iatropoulos showed up promptly, was super friendly, and was able to fix the problem in less than an hour. While Baethke's prices certainly aren't the lowest in town, I appreciated having a knowledgeable plumber out who could diagnose and fix my issue without major demolition. Will definitely call them in the future.

Josh & Mike fixed an issue that seemed impossible. Our tub was installed incorrectly & after many attempts to have someone fix the issue Baethke plumbing was the fix!

I called Baethke Plumbing when my tankless water heater stopped working. The most impressive thing was how fast they identified the unusual issue and resolved it quickly. I’d definitely use them again for simple or complex items - shout out to Josh for excellent work and taking the time to evaluate the entire situation and explaining the issue to me.

Isaac and Mike replaced our old dual 50 gallon water heaters with a single Bradford-White 75 gallon unit with an expansion tank in a very old industrial building. Very happy with their work and solving issues on the fly while fixing things from previous poor workmanship. Highly recommended for difficult projects.

5/5 stars – I was extremely pleased with Baethke Plumbing. The plumber Karry arrived promptly and was able to address a new issue that had popped up since booking the appointment. He explained the issue clearly and was very friendly and respectful throughout the appointment.

Baethke Plumbing cleared out our jammed up 100-year-old sewer line, using both traditional routing as well as hydrojetting with high pressure water. Video camera inspection was fun to see, confirming that the pipes were still in good condition and cleared of all the roots, debris, old mortar. Jack was very polite, on time, communicated well, and answered my many questions. Would recommend. Had tried calling a few other big-name companies beforehand and didn't hear back for more than a day or not at all.

Called Baethke Plumbing to address an urgent failed faucet cartridge issue. Upon arrival, Josh H. listened to my description of the problem. He did an overall analysis of the plumbing and identified an additional issue that I will deal with at a later date. Josh provided multiple solutions and I chose to replace the failed faucet cartridge along with a proactive replacement of an additional cartridge. Josh was very friendly and professional. The service provided was thorough and high quality. I was pleased with Josh's expertise and would not hesitate to call Baethke again.

Baethke Plumbing did a great job replacing my leaking hot water heater. They showed up promptly and on time. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get a new hot water heater delivered quickly enough to have it installed in the same trip as the initial inspection. The left the work site neat and clean. Will continue to use their services.

Great, friendly, professional technicians, Karry and Mike, came out immediately on a Saturday to work on a complicated plumbing problem with sewer flushing issues that required jetting, rodding and very hard manual labor to remove masses of tree roots. Karry had come the previous week to begin the work, and gave very precise, helpful information as he proposed options for solving a long standing problem. He was professional, responsive and very sensitive to financial concerns. Karry and Mike worked very hard and well together for several hours in a cramped crawl space, flood control well and throughout the basement spaces. We loved working with them and appreciated there efficient, hard work. They even complimented me on my much less than impressive piano background music. I highly recommend them and Baethke Plumbing.
