On May 22nd 2024 I had another positive experience with Baethke Plumbing, and service tech. Yuriy. This is the third time in the last three years I have needed their assistance. On each occasion I have been completely satisficed. The latest service request was to asses if I needed root out of my water pipes out to the city connection. This has become a more frequent occurrence. After completing an inspection of the pipe via camera Yuriy recommended, that a clean out was necessary due to significant root infestation. Along with his assistant Kayleigh they systematically and professionally used their machinery to remedy this problem . Additionally a follow-up appointment has been arranged to apply a treatment to slow the further growth of the tree roots. Yuriy and Kayleigh treated me like family . Thank You , Thomas Jones
