Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the homeowner. She promptly detailed the plumbing issues plaguing her unit, and together, we explored the various solutions available. After careful consideration, she opted for a tailored solution of replacing the kitchen faucet and removing the existing RO water filtration system.
The process commenced with the precise shutdown of water to the kitchen fixtures, utilizing the emergency shut-off valves that our team had expertly installed two years prior. With that task completed, we proceeded to dismantle the malfunctioning faucets and both drain assemblies. Thoroughly cleaning the countertop to ensure a proper seal, we then installed our exquisite Signature Series kitchen faucet. To seamlessly cover the existing hole for the filter faucet, a matching cover plate was meticulously added. Additionally, we installed two brand-new chrome drain assemblies.
Upon completing all the necessary connections and installations, we conducted a comprehensive testing phase to ensure flawless functionality. Fortunately, no issues were detected during this thorough examination. Wrapping up, we diligently tidied our work area, expressing our gratitude to the homeowner for entrusting us with her plumbing needs today. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to serve her again in the future, should the need arise.
