Project Description
We arrived today to address a concern regarding a potential leak under a kitchen sink. The tenant on the second floor, graciously welcomed us into his unit. He explained that the issue had been noticed approximately a week ago. After conducting some tests, we identified the source of the leak to be a break in the flexible tubing connecting to the pull-out head of the kitchen faucet.
Following a discussion with the landlord over the phone, we presented a range of solutions to resolve the issue and also discussed preventive measures. The landlord decided to proceed with replacing the faucet. We were able to provide a similar style faucet and install it on the same day.
We thanked both the tenant and the landlord for allowing us into their home today.
