Project Description
Upon our arrival today, we were welcomed by the homeowner. We took care to protect the carpeted floor in the basement by laying down protective cloths. Beginning with the ground water ejection pump, we expertly disconnected and removed it before meticulously cleaning the basin's bottom. In its place, we installed a new dual pump submersible ground water ejection pump equipped with a battery backup system, ensuring resilience in the face of emergencies. Additionally, a new basin cover was installed. Carefully connecting all wiring to the new controller, charging system, and battery, we conducted thorough testing to confirm flawless operation.
Moving on to the waste ejection pump, we removed the old unit and diligently cleaned the basin, revealing a significant amount of sediment. Following this, we installed a new pedestal waste ejection pump, along with a new silent check valve, a section of discharge piping, and a section of vent piping. Again, rigorous testing was conducted, with no issues detected.
Upon completion, we thoroughly walked the homeowner through all the repairs undertaken.
With no issues found, we meticulously cleaned all work areas, ensuring a pristine finish.
