Upon our arrival, the homeowner warmly welcomed us as we embarked on the scheduled tasks ahead. To ensure a pristine workspace, we diligently shielded the bathroom area.
Our process commenced with the careful shutting off of water to the toilet, followed by the removal of the water supply tube. With precision, we evacuated all water from both the tank and bowl before proceeding to extract the toilet by loosening the closet bolts and disposing of it responsibly.
Attention to detail remained paramount as we meticulously cleaned the existing toilet flange and the floor beneath it. Subsequently, we expertly removed the old toilet flange and seamlessly installed a new one, securing it at the optimal height. The addition of new closet bolts and a neoprene seal further ensured a tight seal and stability for the new toilet, which we positioned and secured with meticulous care.
After installing a new water supply tube and restoring water flow to the toilet, we conducted thorough testing to confirm flawless operation. Our attention then turned to the installation of the new toilet bidet seat, where we meticulously made the requisite water connections. While advising the homeowner on the necessity of a qualified electrician to install an appropriate outlet for the bidet seats' power supply, we facilitated a temporary solution by utilizing a power strip provided by the homeowner.
Initiating the bidet seat, we conducted rigorous testing to verify its flawless functionality before tidying the workspace and stowing away our tools. In a final exchange, we briefed the homeowner on the completed work and our findings, expressing gratitude for the opportunity to address her plumbing needs within her home.
