We arrived this afternoon and were warmly greeted by the homeowner. He guided us to the main bathroom on the first floor, where he had noticed a slow drip from the faucet. After thorough inspection and a discussion with him, we presented him with a range of solutions to address this concern. His choice was to have both faucet stems replaced.
With precision, we carefully removed one of the two cartridges from the faucet for a proper identification. We are scheduled to return to install the newly acquired replacement stems for both the hot and cold sides of the faucet. Additionally, as a courtesy, we tightened a handle on his kitchen faucet.
