We arrived this afternoon and were warmly welcomed by the homeowner. We discussed the recently discovered leak in his outdoor faucet system, which appeared to have fractured due to winter climate conditions in the laundry room.
We presented him with several solutions to address the issue, and he chose to upgrade to a new in-wall quick-connection faucet. Additionally, we repiped the supply line to allow for easy drainage during the winter months, recommending winterization from October to April.
The full system installation includes a one-year warranty, and all remaining plumbing in the home remains unchanged.
