Upon arrival, we were greeted by the homeowner, who showed us the two exterior drains experiencing drainage issues. After presenting various options, the homeowner chose Option 2. We set up the equipment and began power rod cleaning, extracting large amounts of roots. Despite multiple attempts, we were unable to reach beyond 15 feet.
We presented the option to perform a video inspection, which Doug approved. However, during the video inspection, we were unable to get a clear picture of the issue. We identified the problematic area inside the home and noted that the catch basin is active and filled with debris. We shared these findings with the homeowner who decided against any additional work on the catch basin.
Finally, we cleaned my work area and thanked him for allowing us to provide service today.
