Project Description
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the homeowner, who graciously invited us into his home. He promptly shared his concern regarding the improper drainage of the first-floor bathroom shower, mentioning his unsuccessful attempts to clear the obstruction on his own. Upon conducting a thorough investigation, we discovered that during the conversion of the plumbing system from a bathtub to a shower, the existing old drum trap had been left connected to the shower drain.
After discussing potential solutions and options with the homeowner, he opted to proceed with the basic option we proposed. We initiated the repair process by power cleaning the shower drainage system multiple times, successfully penetrating the drum trap and clearing the obstruction. Subsequently, we conducted a simultaneous water test at the hand sink and shower, verifying that everything was functioning correctly.
In closing, we expressed my gratitude to the homeowner for entrusting us with his plumbing needs, ensuring his satisfaction with the completed work.
