We arrived this morning and were warmly welcomed by the homeowner. He pointed out a few plumbing concerns, particularly a hose faucet that seemed to be dripping inside the back stairwell. After some investigation, we discovered that the faucet was leaking inside the basement wall. We shut off the water supply using a previously installed valve.
We discussed potential solutions with the homeowner, and he decided to have us replace the hose faucet system while keeping the existing shut-off valve. We set up a work area and completed the replacement. Afterward, we checked the system and found no further leaks or issues.
We provided the homeowner with a referral card for CWF due to the moisture in the wall space from the leak. We appreciate the opportunity to assist him and his family today and look forward to servicing him again in the future.
