I called John Baethke & Son yesterday after discovering a hole in a pipe behind the kitchen wall. Cormac was able to come out early today; was punctual, pleasant, very clean & professional appearance & quickly took a look at the problem & gave me a written estimate with a clear explanation of options. He was patient with my questions, and gave me some time to consult with our Condo president. He completely the work quickly; cleaned up completely; showed me the pipe with the hole after he removed it, and the price was very reasonable. Outstanding service, response time, and value!! Thank you Cormac!
