Great professional service @ every level

From the first call i made to Baethke Plumbing to to Plumbing Technician, Christopher’s excellent & knowledgeable service rodding my bathtub drain, to say I was satisfied would be an understatement. Cathi’s follow up calls & texts were invaluable; verifying dates & times. So @ the administrative level, Baethke Plumbing service is “high end.” I mean this in the most positive way. Likewise when Christopher came to do the job, he was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. He explained the different service and price levels. He wore a mask, plastic shoe covers & cleaned up after he was finished. Basically, I feel like I’ve established a professional relationship with Baethke & Sons Plumbing. And that is important.
