I've used Baethke and Son several times and do not hesitate to recommend. Yesterday I used Cormac to address a dripping faucet that two other people could not fix. We wound up replacing multiple faucet fixtures and drain pipes below, which had corroded over the past 12 years. Cormac was a good communicator, very polite, explained all the options (with prices), and worked diligently for several hours. He cleaned up any mess, and even cleaned up the area below the sink where the corrosion had caused debris. Even though I phoned in a request to just address one thing (the drip), he stayed the better part of the day without complaint when I decided it would be better to upgrade all the old fixtures. The company had several different fixtures to choose from on the truck, which made it easy to start. Cormac needed some parts delivered here to complete the job, but that did not delay the work.
