Service Beyond My Imagination
My water heater died at my new condo. I call Baethke out to check the system - they confirmed it needed to be replaced and gave me options. I had a bit of sticker shock, so the amazing technician Christopher Ramirez-Taylor took it upon himself to call the manufacturer, determined it was under warranty still and then arranged to swap it out. He was on the phone for a long time -- it went way above and beyond the service I expected. Two days later they picked up the old heater only to find the source would not exchange it -- chris jumped back on the phone with the manufacturer and figured out a new source. Installed and happy. The level of service was BEYOND me expectations and all done with out my asking. Thank you Chris and Baethke & Sons.

4/11 Service with Ron
Ron was fantastic. I woke up at 7:30am with an overflowing kitchen sink and by 12pm everything was fixed and Ron was on his way. He was professional, helpful, informative, and did great work. Very happy with the process and outcome.
