Fantastic, as always
We've been using Baethke for at least ten years, first at our condo and now at our singly family home. There may be less expensive options out there, but it would be hard to find a team that's more professional and easy to work with. We've discovered some "creative" plumbing since moving into our new home, and the team (Ron, Lou, and others) have always explained in detail why we're experiencing issues and given us several options for solutions. Some things can't be fixed without a full remodel, but the team has always figured out a way to give us some peace of mind in the meantime. And for the unfortunate times we've needed after-hours service, we've always received a prompt response. Things are always smooth on the business side as well. Between the excellent, detail-oriented work and the overall professionalism of the company, Baethke will always be our go-to.
Exceptional service!
I have using Baethke Plumbing for the past five years and have always gotten exceptional service from them. I have used them for both minor repairs (clogged sink which required a new drain system) and major problems including hydro jetting my sewer line, replacing my hot water tank, and replacing my laundry sink and some of the old galvanized pipes that were over 80 years old. Most recently the technician that serviced my house was George. He was a very nice man who actually brought treats for my dog. George was kind and most professional. He showed me what the problems were and explained in detail what my various options were. He did two major jobs for me in the past week and did excellent work on both. Things were totally cleaned up afterwards and looked better than before the work began. Baethke Plumbing has provided both dependable and exceptional service in the years I have been using them and I recommend them highly!

I could not have had a better experience. Isaac was on time, technically proficient, and super clean all around the site. He gave me multiple options and then gave me an immediate quote for annual maintenance. I have no hesitation using Baethke and would definitely request Issac.
Kohler Toilet
Willian "Billy" McMahon performed the service on my Kohler toilet, which had been a problem for some time. He knew the job and was methodical in fixing the toilet. The work was expensive, but it saved me from the excessive water bills and payments to other plumbers that I had had for over a year. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. I will call Baethke rather than other plumbers when there is any plumbing need.
Toilet leak
Bill McMahon, technician was very polite and thorough in explaining the problem we had with the toilet leaking. He gave us options to correct the problem……. Completed the job in a short time and left area clean. Thank you for your services…. We totally recommend Baethke Plumbing.

Consistently Great Service
I've been using Baethke Plumbing since I bought my condo in 2012, and I've consistently had great service from them. However, my most recent service with Cristian and Kailey was the best so far. Not only did they do great work, but they communicated kindly and clearly throughout the process. They were so nice and I hope they are the folks I get every time I need a service in the future.
