We discovered late in the evening that our water heater had stopped working, and after trying the minimal troubleshooting steps we could find online, we gave up and decided to call a professional. Baethke has a 24 hour answering service, so we were able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning. If needed, we could have had someone come out right that moment. The next morning Cormac was very prompt and professional, and after checking out our heater outlined our options clearly for us. We decided to go with the new heater and he installed it right then.
