I can't recommend John Baethke & Sons highly enough - exemplary service. Tom and Josh and all the other technicians with whom we have dealt over the past years, as members of the Baethke & Sons service plan, have been incredibly responsive, efficient and competent. Someone always responds to your call - no matter when - within less than 15 minutes during after hours and wknds/nights. The team is incredible and will do whatever it takes - especially during emergency situations - to resolve your various plumbing related problems.
