I wanted to thank your company concerning our basement plumbing problem involving our main stack. Since our initial consultation with technician Yuriy Striltschuk , and subsequent appointments to rectify that problem, and other potential problems relative to water drainage from our home to the city drainage system, we have been served well. We had invested considerable money previously this summer having interior work in the basement concerning a sump pump system , and interior drainage tiling installed to prevent hydro water seeping up from the concrete floor. Yuiry assessment relative to the basement led additional inspection of the water system septic system, and piping leading from house to the city sewer line. Inspection revealed partial blockage of the water line out to the street. Appointments arranged, and work completed addressing these problems.
