This is a great solution for urinals that are too often clogged from lack of flushing. With an automatic flushing system, we can almost eliminate drain obstructions.
Began our work by turning the water to the urinal off at the emergency stop valve. We proceeded to relieve pressure to the flush valve and disconnected the flush valve. Removed the existing flush valve and supply tube and trim. Cut new supply tube to proper length and installed with new escutcheon nut and gasket. Installed new vacuum breaker and flush valve body. Installed new automatic sensor flush head unit. Restored water to the urinal and programmed the sensor to proper settings for the room. Adjusted the flush volume. Tested the flush valve thoroughly.
