Cristian and Bill were very patient, thorough and professional. They answered our questions and assuaged our concerns, as soon as they arrived, and updated us throughout the day, and recapped at the end of the day, with the departure time they had predicted in the morning. We very much appreciate them.
Great service
Ron was extremely professional. He addressed all or concerns with complete information in a clear manner. Site was kept clean , all options were discussed. He even noted down our dog’s name! Very friendly and personable.

I truly can't say enough good about Ron! His knowledge is incredible. He took the time to explain it to a non plumbing person so I could understand. He is a kind, knowledgeable person...who could ask for anything more?! I moved here 6 months ago and have had a lot of repairs on my home...Ron has been the best! Now if only plumbing didn't cost so much...a women can wish!!!!.
Whirlpool tub repair
We had Baethke Plumbing come out to provide an estimate on a whirlpool tub w/ non-functioning jets. Ron & Chazz arrived at the scheduled time. They quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. They tested the tub afterwards to confirm it was in proper working order. Ron & Chazz we’re done in less than an hour. They were very professional and courteous. Given the age of the tub, Rob also provided estimates for some recommended maintenance. I was very happy w/ our experience and would definitely use Baethke Plumbing again!

We had John Baethke do some major work on our condo building and the didan excellent job so I had no reservations to call on them to do work in our unit. Issac came out to do a full inspection of our plumbing and he found several issues that I suspected were on the verge of failure along with some smaller issues we had wanted to have resolved for quite some time. His work was meticulous, he explained what he was doing every step of the way and was ready and willing to answer any question I had, regardless on how basic. This gave me great confidence in the work he was doing. In the end I have already referred JB to several unit owners and I am VERY cautious in referring folks because it’s my reputation on the line. I have no qualms about referring JB and specifically Issac!
Bathroom work estimate

Excellent experience as always
I can't say enough good things about the John Baethke company. I've used them one 3 separate occasions and am consistently impressed with the professionalism of all the plumbers. Josh and Ron have helped me out of a few sticky situations and I've always been satisfied with their work. I will be a return customer for life!

Excellence always shines through
Ron and Bill were prompt, efficient, tidy, and completed the job in a timely manner. Their work was superb, and they took the time to explain small details so my faucets/shower heads will perform better, and what to do in case of a problem. I also had to reschedule several times for various reasons and everyone in the office was understanding, accommodating, and kind. I cannot highly recommend Baethke Plumbing enough!
