SHORT BIO: I grew up in Northwest Indiana, but knew small town life was not for me. I’ve lived in Chicago for over 10 years. I have over 15 years of customer service experience and 4 years within the plumbing industry. I am also a part time musician and artist outside of work!

Favorite part of your job: The people I work with are really great!

Decade you wish you grew up in: The 80’s! Best time for music, movies, (some) fashion, and art deco architecture.

Dream vacation: Anywhere that has a lot of nature and a mountain to hike.

What is your definition of success:

Success comes in all forms, whether it’s accomplishing a long term goal, or a short one. I think it’s a sense of what ever leaves you gratified at the end of the day.
