Compensation: Top pay for top performers!!!! This position will have a SIX-FIGURE annual salary that will be comprised of a performance-based pay structure. This position has UNCAPPED COMPENSATION OPPORTUNITIES!!!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential and light commercial plumbing sectors
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the service team to achieve individual/department sales goals
- Collaborate with the service technicians to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in the service industry
- Training and developing experience in the service industry
- Advanced communication and soft skills
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
