It’s been a pleasure working with Baethke Plumbing. We are currently in the middle of a project. Cathi and Bill have been wonderful helping us plan and scope the project. We used Baethke in the past and look forward to working with them in the future.

I was nervous at first when my basement sink had backed up, but the Baethke Plumbing team was prompt and sincere. The plumber Jack contacted me with an estimated arrival time, arrived a few minutes early, was friendly, and explained everything clearly. Their reliable service and timely repair gave me peace of mind, and I felt taken care of from start to finish. I would recommend and I thank my friends from the Logan Square community page for the referral.

I was pleased with the work done by Josh to repair my tub drain issue. He clearly communicated my options, efficiently fixed the problem, and instilled confidence every step of the way!

Baethke Plumbing is top notch in all areas of plumbing. We called to repair our Kohler Anthem shower system that malfunctioned. I was grateful Bill McMahon was able to identify the issue and replacement parts were ordered. Bill knew the Kohler product and repaired the system. He was knowledgeable with the more technical systems. I also used Baethke for my tankless hot water tank. I highly recommend Baethke.

I called Baethke Plumbing when our second floor toilet started leaking and was impressed by how prompt and reliable they were. The plumber arrived on time, was very friendly, explained the issue clearly with options, and fixed / replaced the toilet quickly. I appreciated the friendly attitude and felt very comfortable with the service. I would definitely recommend them. 5 stars!

We have been using Baethke Plumbing for about 7 years. We have always found them reliable, friendly, informative, and most importantly the best plumbers.

I am writing this review for our most recent experiences with them. We finally had the resources to remodel our basement bathroom which was put in by the previous owner. We worked with Baethke on properly venting our bathroom and repiping the ejector pump. Having Mike and Chazz come out during the critical stage to make sure the venting was done properly really put our mind at ease. Chazz has actually been great to work with through the entire process of how to fix the plumbing issues we inherited in the basement of our house.

We also had a water heater issue unrelated to the construction that I noticed after midnight. I was so worried I called the emergency line, and wasn't sure I'd get a call back. I did! The owner, John, called me and calmly explained what to turn off and that things were safe enough for them to come the next morning. John actually came the next morning and fixed the problem, plus a few other items.

We aren't the most handy homeowners, so it really means the world to work with a company that you trust. Thanks Baethke!

Do not use this company! They are over priced and rude. They quoted me $1900 for something that should take under 2 hours for a professional and $30 in parts. When asked why it was so much, he said I should just do it myself. I ended up having my husband do the the job himself after he got home from work and it took him an hour and a half, including a trip to the hardware store and it cost us $11 for the purchase of the caulk. Part of that pricing was charging us $800 for new piping that was not broken, it is such a scam. Do not trust this company. They were so condescending when my husband called and asked to speak with the technician, it’s like they got pissed off when they realized they couldn’t scam us.

This is not how a local business should be ran, they are predatory and the neighborhood shouldn’t trust them to do anything.

Baethke Plumbing was incredibly reliable – they showed up on time and fixed a multitude of issues while helping me solve an even bigger, ongoing issue. So grateful for them!
