Short Bio: I am a very organized and detail-oriented person and I thrive on trying to become more fluid  and efficient in processes and procedures.  I have previous experience in Warehouse work when I first started my career while still in college.  I also have over 20+ years of experience in customer service. I believe good leadership, communication and organization are key to any business.  Prior to Baethke Plumbing, I had no experience in plumbing, but I am gaining knowledge daily.

Dream vacation: Any beach and a lounger.

What is your definition of success: Success is when you reach your aim or purpose.
