Upon our arrival this afternoon, we were graciously greeted by the homeowner, who extended a warm welcome. Guiding us to the basement, she shared her concern regarding the rainwater removal pump.

Following a thorough discussion, we proceeded to conduct a diagnostic on the system, identifying a fault in its float function. The malfunction rendered the pump inoperable, refusing to power down when activated. Presenting her with several options for resolution, she chose to replace the pump with a similar model. Additionally, we cleared debris from the basin, replaced the cover lid, and performed a flush of the nearby water heater system. Subsequent testing confirmed the successful installation and functionality of the new pump.

All installations and labor are backed by a comprehensive one-year warranty. Any pre-existing plumbing, pipes, or systems will remain untouched, with additional solutions readily available to address any future concerns.
