Project Description
Today, we returned to fulfill the previously quoted work, ensuring a thorough and professional service. Our process included setting up floor protection, shutting off the water supply through the existing emergency shut-off valve, and meticulously disconnecting and removing the old toilet. We also performed a thorough cleaning and inspection of the floor collar.
Following these preparations, we proceeded to install a new collar seal and, the American Standard two-piece gravity flush toilet and seat that the homeowner provided. Our team then expertly restored the water flow, adjusted the flushing cycle, and rigorously tested the toilet to ensure it functions perfectly.
Upon completion, we had the homeowner review and inspect our work to his complete satisfaction. We thanked them for allowing us the opportunity to help with their toilet replacement.
