Project Description

Upon arrival, we met with one of the owners, who showed us the clogged toilet in the men’s bathroom. We provided him with several options to resolve the plumbing issues. He chose Premium Option 2, which included installing a new toilet in the men’s bathroom, power rodding the main sewer line, and using a camera to check the line’s integrity. Additionally, he decided to have us install a new water heater in the warehouse today.

After accessing the sewer, we removed the clean-out and replaced it with an expandable clean-out plug. Upon inspecting the sewer, we found that the line’s integrity was good and free of debris. We then installed the new toilet and tested it for leaks. We also installed the new water heater, complete with a new shut-off valve and necessary piping, removing the existing galvanized pipework.

Once the work was complete, we cleaned up our work area and reviewed the work performed with the owners. We thanked them for allowing us to provide this service today.
