We returned today to complete the quoted work sold by another technician. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the homeowner. The first task at hand was to drain the toilet in his unit and remove the existing hardware. Upon inspecting the toilet, we discovered a corroded tank seal, but fortunately, the toilet flange was still in good condition.

We proceeded to install a new tank seal and the required new hardware. After securing the toilet in place, we meticulously checked all connections. Thankfully, there were no issues to be found. To ensure a watertight seal, we applied sealant around the base of the toilet.

As a final step, we made sure to clean up our work area thoroughly, leaving it in pristine condition. We also expressed our gratitude to the homeowners for entrusting us with this service today.
