First Company To Receive GreenPlumbers Certification
Giving you the best value and service - while being a good corporate citizen - had always been important to us. That's why we're excited to announce that we're the first company in Chicago to receive GreenPlumbers certification.
GreenPlumbers is an international training and accreditation program to help plumbers understand their role in the environment. The goal is to train plumbers to promote energy efficiency and water-saving technologies.
To become certified, plumbers must take many hours of training, which cover the following topics:
- energy, water and cost savings, and the environmental benefits
- new technology and energy-saving appliances
- practical knowledge about appliances and installation
- environmental impact of plumbing services, appliances and household practices
- consumer education
