Snapshot: Bill Pope - Warehouse Manager

Bill Pope is a sleuth—of sorts. He has a knack for finding things quickly—not to mention a penchant for being super-organized.

 

Bill joined us a year ago as warehouse manager, bringing his 13 years of experience in keeping warehouses in “ship shape.” He enjoys the challenge of keeping track of our inventory and hunting down hard-to-find parts.

 

“There are so many different systems a customer might have, and sometimes it takes a little work to hunt down a specific part,” Bill says. “It keeps me busy.”

 

At the end of the day, though, there’s a sense of accomplishment, he says, knowing that he’s helped our plumbing and HVAC team serve our customers quickly.

 

After work, Bill enjoys spending time with Sherri, his wife of 17 years, and their daughters, April, 21, Ariel, 16, and Allison, 12.
